The ideal candidate will maintain accurate employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, and provide reliable administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role will serve as a key operational resource within the People Operations function, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with applicable requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration or a related support role, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Finance.
