About The Position

The HR Coordinator will serve as a vital support to the HR Director, handling a variety of essential tasks to ensure the human resources department runs smoothly. This role involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while facilitating communication and contributing to a positive workplace environment. This is a Part-Time Position.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or currently studying towards a degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • 2 years' Human Resources Administrative Experience preferred.
  • General understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • excellent communication skills
  • the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of U.S labor laws and regulations required.
  • Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong computer and documentation skills (particularly in Microsoft Office word processing, Excel spreadsheet, Publisher, and Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an office environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate (outwardly and in writing) with individuals with a broad range of experience and skill levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred.
  • 2 years' Human Resources Administrative Experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong computer and documentation skills (particularly in Microsoft Office word processing, Excel spreadsheet, Publisher, and Applicant Tracking Systems) preferred.
