The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for all HR functions in a Large Format UNIQLO Stores. This position requires primarily working in stores and may require some travel between locations. The role involves providing training to store employees on HR processes, employment laws, and recruiting. It also requires partnering with the Area Human Resources Manager on employee relations and staffing, processing reports, and handling administrative tasks related to HR recording, policy, and procedure. The coordinator will act as a liaison for employee relations concerns, leaves of absence, paid time off, and workers' compensation. They will assist with interviews, investigations, and disciplinary actions, and provide HR support at the store level. Collaboration with store managers, human resources, training, and payroll departments is essential. The role utilizes recruiting tools for job postings and talent acquisition strategies, including on-site recruiting events and job fairs. Responsibilities include tracking employment aspects, conducting orientations, and managing new hire start dates. The coordinator must resolve HR issues effectively and in a timely manner, manage customer needs according to UNIQLO service standards, and maintain brand and operational standards in store. They will also ensure the integrity of payroll, maintain professional image and grooming standards, support multiple store locations, and perform other assigned duties.
