The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. Serves as a liaison between the organization's Human Resources office and assigned units. Provides interpretation and advice on HR policies and procedures. Assists with the recruitment and selection of employees, employee relations, general compensation questions, and performance management. Special Instructions This role will cover Mary Breckinridge and LTACH with some overflow to Hazard/System HR duties as needed. This is NOT a remote role.
