Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is looking to Hire a Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment. We are a leading engineering firm known for quality and responsiveness and a proven track record of success as a Prime civil engineering firm. The Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment will assist with various aspects of HR and Recruiting tasks including Onboarding, Scheduling Interviews, Screening Resume and Database Management of Employee Files. This is a position which requires the Human Resources Coordinator to work in the office a minimum of three (3) or more days per week as requested. In this role as the Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment, you will assist with onboarding new hires and help conduct onboard sessions including processing new hire paperwork (i.e. I-9 Forms, Offer Letters, Benefits, Direct Deposits, etc.). In addition, the HR Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment efforts including job postings, sourcing of candidates/resumes, conducting HR Screenings, and scheduling Interviews.
