About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a HR Coordinator to work in our Wilmington, Ohio facility as a liaison between employees, managers and human resources. The HR Coordinator must be able to read and interpret policies, state laws and apply to everyday tasks. Must be comfortable giving guidance to employees and all levels of management based on policies and laws. The HR Coordinator will take employee complaints and conduct investigates in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast pace environment and handling multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent task management, prioritization and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team player.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one (1) year of human resources experience in employee relations.
