Provides human resources management services and advice to internal clients and stakeholders to support strategy, planning and operations by advising on human resources solutions with current knowledge of industry trends and legal requirements. Inspires all levels of leadership to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence to be influential leaders. Provides leadership advice to the assigned client groups in all areas of an effective and efficient human resources program focused on labour and employee relations, recruitment and succession planning, employee development, performance management, employee engagement and recognition, human resources information management, productivity metrics, and regulatory and standards compliance. Assumes conduct for, or assists with, the process of employee investigations related to respectful workplace, privacy and other potential breaches of policy.
