BASIC FUNCTION While actively contributing to an inclusive and cooperative team environment, performs at a professional level in the development and implementation of Central Human Resources programs and policies in areas such as classification, compensation, benefits, recruitment diversity strategies, conflict resolution, corrective action, civil service, employee and labor relations, accommodations and leaves; provides mentorship and guidance to other professional and support staff in related activities. Snohomish County is hiring a Human Resources Consultant project position to backfill and support during our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Project positions are budgeted through 12/31/2026 but anticipated to continue through the next biennial budget end date of 12/31/2028. Job offers are contingent on successful completion of employment verification and background checks.
