Essential Job Duties: Fractional HR Leadership: Partner with multiple organizations to provide excellent onsite HR guidance. Compliance: Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry standards. Recruitment & Onboarding: Advise on recruitment strategies, assist in job description creation, and streamline onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience. Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to customers on various HR topics to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
