About The Position

Position Overview: Rose Street Advisors is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven HR Consultant to act as a business partner with clients in navigating compliance, people and culture with confidence. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on variety, values trusted advisor relationships, and enjoys delivering practical, business-minded HR solutions. Essential Job Duties: Fractional HR Leadership: Partner with multiple organizations to provide excellent onsite HR guidance. Compliance: Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry standards. Recruitment & Onboarding: Advise on recruitment strategies, assist in job description creation, and streamline onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience. Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to customers on various HR topics to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Compensation & Benefits: Conduct market research to develop competitive compensation structures and recommend benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Outgoing, assertive and resourceful individual, who can relate to individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • High energy, confident professional who is comfortable working directly with customers.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional oral, written and electronic communication skills.
  • Process oriented, yet flexible around business needs.
  • Significant HR Generalist knowledge and experience to include compliance, recruitment, classification and compensation, training and development, and employee relations.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification strongly preferred.
