Are you ready to make a real impact on how compensation is administered? In this pivotal role, you'll be a trusted advisor for all things classification and compensation. You’ll expertly navigate complex data, city policies, and employment laws to provide recommendations on compensation programs and issues to ensure pay is competitive. Not only will you help guide compensation, but this role also ensures classifications are appropriately assigned. As a key player on our team, you’ll participate in major projects—from analyzing organizational structures and job descriptions to conducting high-level market surveys and financial impact costs. You won’t just report numbers; you’ll identify trends in turnover and other indicators, recommending innovative solutions and providing essential training to stakeholders across the City of Austin.
