About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Consultant to support the Human Resources (HR) organization by delivering high‑quality analyses, reporting, and data‑driven insights. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence, and cross‑functional stakeholders to inform decisions, monitor workforce trends, and enhance talent‑related strategies. In this role, you will: Consult with HRBPs and HR partners to understand workforce challenges, data needs, and opportunities for insights. Develop customized reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making across headcount, hiring, attrition, representation, talent flow, and other HR metrics. Analyze findings and identify trends using statistical, financial, or demographic techniques to inform recommendations. Aggregate and synthesize data from disparate HR systems (e.g., Workday, reporting tools) into compelling stories and executive‑ready deliverables. Build or enhance HR dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to governance standards in all reporting and analytics activities. Partner with HR technology, People Analytics, and other business groups to support data sourcing, reporting enhancements, and evolving HR analytics needs. Participate in enterprise and HR initiatives that rely on accurate workforce metrics and analytical insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HR functions and HRBP analytical needs
  • Experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday reporting, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive‑ready deliverables.
  • Experience synthesizing data from multiple HR systems to tell a coherent story for senior leaders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR executives, business leaders, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with multiple priorities.
