Serves as a subject matter expert in Benefits, delivering strategic guidance and responsive, high-quality service to employees and leadership. Provides expert consultation on complex benefits and retirement matters, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting an inclusive, equitable workplace. Leads and mentors team members to deliver consistent, solutions-focused HR support. Green River College has four campuses, including the main campus in Auburn, with satellite campuses in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw. Green River programs serve high school graduates, Running Start students (dual enrollment in local high schools and the college), those seeking retraining for the workforce, international students, learning English as a second language, and Continuing Education students.
