As a key member of the Benefits Services team, the Human Resources Communication & Program Specialist serves as a primary liaison between HR and employees across field teams, support staff, and leadership. In this role, you will own and manage several employee benefit and engagement programs from start to finish, while also responding to employee and retiree inquiries with empathy, clarity, and accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to blend program management, communication, and ministry-minded service in a collaborative HR environment.
