About The Position

The HR Assistant role is critical to the success of the organization. The HR Assistant helps manage recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation, record maintenance, and audit support. You serve as a contact between the HR department and the rest of the organization. This role will enhance your communication skills, documentation skills, organization and time management skills, and your ability to project manage.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative or other related experience required.
  • Any similar combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration.
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in business related field preferred
