Requirements

• Three or more years of Human Resource experience required.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Payroll Software
• Excellent research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• SHRM certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of New Hires
• Onboarding of new employees
• Compensation & Benefits
• Performance Management
• Prepares and organizes training materials, presentations, and reports for HR-related projects.
• Maintains responsibility for Compliance Training & Legal
• Tracks and processes HR invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
• Manages communication and scheduling for internal and external meetings related to HR initiatives.
• Provide a wide range administrative support to managers. Duties may include, but are not limited to managing and coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, conference/meeting arrangements; prepares agendas, etc
