Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts Specialist to assist our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing 401(k) plans and Health Spending Accounts, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Must have 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookup.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must be task-oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Modules.
  • Must have knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributions.
  • Must have experience working with Fidelity.
  • 401K and Health Spending Account Exp.
  • Stong Excel experience, including pivot tables/V-Lookup.
  • Customer Service Exp/ Reporting Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • CEBS certification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Spending Accounts.
  • Load files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts.
  • Resolve errors in Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts.
  • Code general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and HSA funding.
  • Properly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending Accounts.
  • Answer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questions.
  • Run reports from ADP to load for nonqualified plan.
  • Submit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings.
