About The Position

This role provides day-to-day support to the HR department across various employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee records. The Co-Op will also assist in recruitment coordination, HR data management and reporting, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR across employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, employee records).
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate tracking.
  • Support HR data management and reporting (HRIS updates, dashboards, documentation).
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
