About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to support and optimize our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role is responsible for providing high volume end user support, maintaining system health, and ensuring data integrity across key HR functional areas, with a primary focus on collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Team to enhance our use of Workday’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Workday Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact for recruiting and core HCM processes; act as a project manager for assigned HRIS projects and initiatives; troubleshoot and resolve system issues; configure business processes; support report development; manage user security; and assist with system upgrades, testing cycles, integrations, and enhancement deployments. This position will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT partners, Talent Acquisition partners and subject matter experts from across Washington County to ensure Workday effectively supports operational and strategic HR and Recruiting needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, human resources, or related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of hands on HRIS experience or applicable business systems including data management, input, ad hoc reporting, and system support; OR Associate degree in business, technology, human resources or related field, and a minimum of four (4) years of hands on HRIS experience or applicable business systems including data management, input, ad hoc reporting, and system support; OR Six (6) years of hands on HRIS experience or applicable business systems including data management, input, ad hoc reporting, and system support.
