This role involves partnering with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across various areas like performance, engagement, and employee relations. The HRBP will contribute to both strategy and execution, from organizational design and talent planning to hands-on problem-solving. They will use people data to guide decisions, optimize HR processes through automation, and coach managers to enhance their leadership skills. Additionally, the role includes advising on employee relations, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless employee experience, and contributing to the development and evolution of policies, programs, and frameworks, all while staying current on employment legislation and best practices.
