About The Position

TouchBistro is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its People team. The company operates in a fast-paced, high-change environment, supporting thousands of restaurants globally. This role involves partnering with leaders as a trusted advisor, providing coaching across various areas like performance, engagement, and employee relations. The HRBP will contribute to both strategy and execution, from organizational design and talent planning to hands-on problem-solving. They will use people data to guide decisions, optimize HR processes through automation, and coach managers to enhance their leadership skills. Additionally, the role includes advising on employee relations, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless employee experience, and contributing to the development and evolution of policies, programs, and frameworks, all while staying current on employment legislation and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP role
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels
  • Able to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Strong judgment in navigating employee relations and complex people situations
  • Confidence using data and metrics to tell a story and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust quickly
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong employee-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
