About The Position

We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key role in supporting our leaders and strengthening our MVP-One Team culture. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—partnering with leaders to support employees throughout the full lifecycle, drive engagement, and help foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in HR business partnership, employee relations, or generalist roles
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with HR data to drive decisions
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for employee relations matters
  • Partner with leaders on performance concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues
  • Support investigations, corrective actions, and documentation
  • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
  • Coach and support leaders in performance management, engagement, and communication
  • Provide guidance on handling difficult conversations
  • Build leadership capability through ongoing development
  • Reinforce accountability and consistency across teams
  • Align HR support with business goals and workforce needs
  • Provide insights on engagement, retention, and workforce trends
  • Support organizational change and workforce planning efforts
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
  • Guide leaders on role alignment, career progression, and compensation practices
  • Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Support action planning based on feedback and engagement data
  • Contribute to a culture where employees feel valued and supported
  • Support initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with onboarding, communications, and organizational initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership to mitigate risk and support sound decision-making
  • Support audits, reporting, and HR process reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and tools
  • Contribute to building a more efficient, proactive HR function
