As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Ascent Aviation Services, you will serve as a strategic advisor, operational partner, and employee champion for assigned business units. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will provide comprehensive support to department leaders and employees across a range of functions including employee relations, workforce planning, benefits, leave administration, HR compliance, and organizational development. This role is designed to flex based on the number of HRBPs on staff, with responsibilities allocated according to business needs. You will be assigned specific Directors and their departments, serving as their primary HR point of contact. In this capacity, you will guide both leaders and employees through a variety of HR programs and processes, including internal movements, compensation reviews, leave management, and policy interpretation. The HRBP plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives to support Ascent’s continued growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will embody our core values of Respect, Safety, Quality, and Results. With the launch of our 777 program and expansion into two new hangars, Ascent is planning to hire over 250 employees in 2025.
