We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the organization. This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. The salary range for this role is $84,793 - $104,744, depending on experience and qualifications. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and trusted partner, focused on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures HR programs, policies, and processes are applied consistently and align with OCCU�s values, culture, and regulatory requirements. The HRBP helps shape the employee experience by coaching leaders, advising on performance and development, and guiding teams through change. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
