About The Position

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Prineville, Oregon. The HR Business Partner will serve as the on-site resource for employees and managers, addressing HR matters such as employee relations, engagement, recruiting, compliance, and benefits. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to improve morale and retention, managing onboarding processes, and administering FMLA and other leave requests. The goal is to be a trusted partner who fosters a positive work environment and ensures efficient HR operations that support company growth. This is a full-time, on-site position with 5% annual travel to other company locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site go-to resource for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Handle employee relations, engagement, recruiting, compliance, and benefits.
