The Human Resources Business Partner serves as both strategic and operational support to Shared Services and property Human Resources teams. This role partners with business leaders to support key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, engagement, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with organizational and business goals. The HRBP delivers high-quality HR services across multiple locations, including oversight of HR systems (HRIS), analytics, benefits and leave administration, licensing, and Team Member engagement. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the team member experience, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across all properties.
