This is a new, one-year only assignment supporting the Employee Relations team during the school year. The selected candidate will join a team of three HRBPs and primarily support operational business units. This position offers a unique opportunity to work a similar schedule to teachers, with holidays and summers off, while the business need for ongoing support is evaluated. The work site expectations are primarily in-office with hybrid flexibility dependent on team and business needs.
