About The Position

As an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will report to the HRBP Director and collaborate closely with managers from various sectors to align business needs with HR strategies. You will also work closely with HR Centers of Expertise to effectively support managers. In your role, you will anticipate HR issues that managers in your sectors will face and advise and guide them on matters related to both unionized and non-unionized personnel, covering all aspects of human resources management. Your solid experience as an HRBP, your HR expertise, your collaborative strength, your solution-oriented approach, your influencing leadership, and your versatility will be essential levers for your success, both in the strategic support of managers and executives and in the execution of more operational aspects of the HR function. You will find fulfillment in the following functions and roles: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with managers, act as a consultant in managing complex people-related situations and issues, and support them in implementing solutions that promote a work environment aligned with the target culture. Analyze issues encountered by managers, assess impacts, and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring consistency with HR practices, policies, and processes. Ensure the adaptation and alignment of HR policies, programs, and processes with business needs, the organization's culture, and evolution. Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise in the development, implementation, communication, and deployment of HR policies, programs, processes, internal tools, and initiatives. Contribute to special HR projects, activities, and corporate projects or sector initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, including supporting managers
  • Demonstrated experience in simultaneously managing complex files covering all areas of human resources management
  • Member of the CHRP order (or in the process of becoming one)
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of tasks and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, and suppliers, and to meet the company's growth objectives.
