Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
PHR certification is a plus
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and metrics
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
A strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Valid Texas Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
Ability to travel across worksites in the Central Texas region
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of our team members

Responsibilities

Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Coaching managers and team members on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Leading efforts in employee engagement, retention, and career development.
Supporting training and development programs by identifying needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
Managing sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.
Staying up to date with employment laws and ensuring compliance across the board.
Championing a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
