About The Position

This role can be located in Charlottesville, VA or Richmond, VA. This isn't a support role, it's a seat at the table. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, our HR Business Partner will partner directly with VP-level and Director-level leaders, make independent decisions that move the needle, and serve as the HR presence across our Virginia operations. You'll be out in the field, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. We move fast, we build things, and we need an HR partner who can keep up. If you thrive with autonomy, enjoy getting to know the people and operations you support firsthand, and know how to hold your own with senior leaders, you'll feel right at home here.
