The role of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned Total Package HR (TPHR) clients. This role combines strategic partnership, compliance oversight, and hands-on HR service delivery to support clients’ business goals. Depending on level and client complexity, the HRBP may manage small to large client portfolios, lead client meetings, and coach HR Coordinators. The HRBP works collaboratively with internal partners to ensure consistent, high-quality HR guidance and support across all areas of client engagement. You will interface with TPHR’s clients, internal team members, and other partners; therefore, polished and exceptional communication skills must be demonstrated at all times. The position requires the experience and skill set of a trusted Human Resources advisor with advanced expertise in compliance, employee relations, and organizational partnership.
