We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business unit leaders and drive our people strategy across a dispersed field organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with HR solutions and helping shape a high-performance culture through data-driven decision-making, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as a business partner supporting a distributed or field-based organization.

Nice To Haves

  • CHRP, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, tailoring enterprise-wide initiatives to meet business unit needs.
  • Lead the Talent Assessment Process to ensure we have the right talent in place—now and for the future.
  • Deliver strategic insights by analyzing workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor, identifying challenges through people data and proactively addressing them to support business outcomes.
  • Champion the execution and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and best practices.
  • Manage core HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and engagement, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Coach and guide managers on effective leadership practices and support career development strategies for team growth.
  • Evaluate and support learning and development initiatives to ensure they align with organizational needs and priorities.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on improving the overall employee experience and recommending long-term process improvements.
