About The Position

Breeze Unlimited is partnering with a fast-growing organization in the logistics/shipping space. They are looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to balance strategy with rolling up their sleeves. This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk HR role! This is for someone who walks the floor, builds real relationships with employees as well as Sr. Leadership, and isn’t afraid to navigate a little chaos along the way.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of HR experience
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership
• Strong project management and deadline-crushing skills
• Comfort with data, reporting, and HR systems
• Ability to solve problems at the root
• Clear, confident communication across all levels

• An experienced autonomous but highly collaborative HRBP (or Human Resources Generalist seeking advancement opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to HR partner for business leaders and executives
• Jump into recruiting efforts, from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding
• Own and support HRIS systems
• Deliver insights through HR reporting & analytics
• Help guide compensation, benefits, and leave administration
• Lead or support training and employee development initiatives
