Our global Human Resources team partners with our leaders to foster long-term mutual prosperity for each individual and for the organization. HR Business Partners engage closely with leaders and are supported by our HR Professional Services, HR Generalists, and HR Operations teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
To effectively exercise discretion, objectivity, and independent judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
The selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin and maintain employment. This requirement will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory or Human Resources experience is preferred.
Helpful previous experiences include collaborative decision making, managing projects, communicating with individuals and groups, and coaching and mentoring.
Especially helpful is experience in supervising or in HR.
