The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to management and employees, driving HR initiatives that support the company's goals and enhance overall employee experience. This role involves a mix of strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations tailored to a dynamic distribution environment. The objectives of an HR Business Partner (HRBP) are closely aligned with the strategic goals of the organization they support. As a key liaison between the HR department and the business units, the HRBP aims to integrate HR practices with business needs, driving organizational effectiveness. The main objectives include: Align HR Strategies with Business Goals, Enhance Employee Engagement and Retention, Support Leadership and Employee Development, Drive Performance Management, Manage Employee Relations, Ensure Compliance and Mitigate Risk, Provide Data-Driven HR Insights, and Foster a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
