Humber River Health is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their Human Resources Team. This is a temporary full-time position with a duration of up to July 9, 2027. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert advice and guidance to an assigned client group on a broad range of Human Resources and Labour Relations related issues. The position is a key point of contact for organization leadership to ensure decision-making aligns with Human Resources leading practices and the Hospital’s strategic goals. The Employee and Labour Relations team supports a diverse workforce of approximately 5,000 employees across three sites, managing six bargaining units and around 4,200 unionized employees, aiming to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
