A smarter building is safer, more comfortable, more efficient, and ultimately, more sustainable. The HRBP is responsible for the delivery and execution of HR services to employees and managers. Specifically, this position will support manufacturing plants in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Nisku, Alberta. The HRBP performs a variety of employment-related functions for the ultimate purpose of enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and ensuring employee compliance with company policies. Key areas of responsibility include labor relations, recruitment and selection of talent, development and execution of corporate programs, policy and procedures, adherence to employment legislation, and the analysis and improvement of HR metrics/KPIs.
