About The Position

Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives on building partnerships, solving problems, and making a lasting impact? Are you ready to move beyond the tactical and lead the strategic and transformational evolution of our workforce? Are you an HR Business Partner ready to help build the future and not just manage the day-to-day? If so, this is a great opportunity for you! Employee workforce is subject to change and may increase/decrease as organizational changes and/or expansions occur. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership and staff to align people strategies with organizational goals, enhance and champion employee engagement, and foster a culture of inclusion and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to cultivate relationships, influence key business decisions while serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, employee relations & investigations, performance management, and organizational development. If you’re passionate about people and ready to bring strategic HR solutions to life, we invite you to apply and help us continue building a workplace where employees and leaders thrive! We recognize that flexibility supports balance and productivity — that’s why this position offers the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (after the conclusion of the initial onboarding period) and will work from our 1306 Spring Garden office location!
