Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience. Supervisory responsibilities may include supervision of Xenium onsite employees and also performing the following duties in conjunction with the client contact: hiring, assigning work, orientation and training, evaluating performance, rewarding performance, mentoring, approving time off, resolving complaints, disciplinary action and employee separations.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work on one’s own to accomplish goals and complete projects.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Some local travel is expected for this position and at times may occur without much advanced notice. Reliable transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

  • HR professional certification (SHRM or PHR) strongly preferred.
  • Prior HR consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main HR contact for designated PEO, ASO, and HR Select client accounts.
  • Provides proactive, consultative HR guidance aligned with client business goals, workforce planning needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Contributes to client retention, satisfaction, and service outcomes through proactive service delivery and relationship management.
  • Manages calendar of service for designated accounts and initiates proactive HR strategic planning for clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads HR project planning and delivery.
  • Ensures HR service activities are in alignment with Xenium’s value proposition for each client account.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on all HR matters with assigned clients.
  • Attends monthly strategic account check-in meetings regarding clients with assigned HR Director.
  • Tracks all client service activities performed daily, prepares monthly reports and ensures there is accurate client information within the ClientSpace system.
  • Listens for account development opportunities and reports those to the assigned HR Director and Client Success.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of the HR service playbook and references playbook as needed to ensure HR guidance and processes align with each specific client.
  • Leads the HR tasks during new client implementation process for assigned accounts with support from the assigned HR Director.
  • Participates in NPS process and follow-up, as directed by Client Success.
  • Performs tasks associated with monthly and quarterly billing include creating utilization reporting for clients and reconciling hours as compared to the client’s contract and scope of work. Communicates quarterly overage to clients and HR leadership by the 15th of each month following the end of the quarter (April, July, October, January).
