About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner II requires expanded knowledge and broader organizational capabilities in HR Business Partnership job skills. Works across teams to find creative solutions to moderately complex challenges. May provide informal guidance to new colleagues. Support managers and employees with HR guidance on core processes and employee lifecycle needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 4+ Years
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing workflows with TA: intake, interview process guidance, offers, and onboarding steps.
  • Execute standard workforce transactions and ensure approvals and data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support performance management: timelines, documentation, and manager enablement for reviews.
  • Assist with talent review prep, data gathering, and tracking of development actions.
  • Provide first-line support for employee relations intake; document facts and route appropriately.
  • Help deploy HR programs (engagement actions, training campaigns, recognition efforts) in the business.
  • Pull and interpret basic people data reports; highlight trends and open actions.
  • Create and update manager/employee resources (job aids, FAQs, templates) for self-service.
  • Coordinate employee communications related to HR programs and people updates.
