Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Business Partner II to serve as subject matter expert and support for Employee Relations, Benefits Governance, Compliance, and Employment Law. This role is responsible for supporting a workforce of approximately 700 employees across 38 locations while helping the organization strengthen leadership accountability, maintain legal compliance, mitigate organizational risk, and foster positive employee experience. The Human Resources Partner II serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, investigations, performance management, corrective action, employment law compliance, and organizational change initiatives. The role also supports benefits governance and compliance. This role is instrumental in helping Spectra continue building HR structure, consistency, and credibility across the organization. The ideal candidate is a compliance-minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site and multi-state environments.
