About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support leadership across multiple entities within a growing manufacturing organization. This role combines both strategic partnership and day-to-day HR execution. You will work closely with leadership to support business growth, while ensuring strong HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. A key part of this role involves building scalable HR infrastructure from the ground up — including attendance policies, remote work guidelines, and compliance documentation — within a rapidly growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and grow within a multi-entity environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP or strong generalist background)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal and Texas state)
  • Experience supporting multiple entities or business units is strongly preferred, especially for candidates without a broad HR generalist background
  • Manufacturing or operational environment experience is a plus
  • Professional working proficiency in both English is required
  • A true business partner who can balance strategy and execution.
  • Someone who is energized by building and improving HR infrastructure from the ground up — this role has many HR processes and systems are still being developed and refined to inherit; the right candidate sees that as an opportunity, not a gap
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to create order from ambiguity
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-growing environment with evolving processes and infrastructure
