With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as subject matter expert for Leaders and Team Members as it relates to the day-to-day Human Resources (HR) operations within the organization. The HRBP acts with utmost discretion when supporting in the areas of employee relations, workplace investigations, policy clarification, performance management, and education on legislative changes and best practices. The HRBP provides guidance and support to internal customers regarding HR policies and procedures and may need to engage with external HR teams as needed. The HRBP is responsible for coordinating and implementing the execution of HR initiatives and acts as a steward of our Cultural Beliefs in creating and maintaining an Inspiring Workplace. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
