As a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving impactful people strategies. You will partner with leaders across corporate functions to align HR practices with business goals, ensuring teams are equipped to perform and grow. This includes coaching leaders, supporting performance management, and talent development to create a culture of accountability and connection. Your work will involve analyzing people metrics to identify trends, guiding important conversations, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives like succession planning and talent calibration. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent solutions and influence outcomes that strengthen engagement and foster long-term success for both individuals and the organization. You will work closely with corporate leaders, cross-functional HR teams, and partners across Legal, Finance, and Operations, building trusted relationships and serving as a go-to resource for practical, people-focused solutions, championing company values and aligning HR strategies with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law
  • Experience supporting corporate functions or multi unit environments
  • Skilled in using HR metrics and insights to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and resolving employee relations issues
  • Familiarity with compensation practices and job architecture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Regular in-office attendance is required
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
  • A team-first attitude; willing to step in wherever needed

  • Retail or fast-paced growth experience
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
