Peraton is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Advisor supporting a program within our Defense portfolio. This role will be located on site in Tampa, Florida and reports to the Business Unit Senior HR Manager. The HRBP will be the program lead and partner & collaborate with the programs junior HRBP to ensure strong alignment between business priorities, program needs, and people strategy execution. The position supports a primarily domestic workforce, with a small OCONUS population requiring awareness of location-specific considerations and compliance requirements. The HRBP improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, and coaching and counseling managers and employees. The role independently handles employee relations issues and provides guidance on complex workplace matters. In addition, this individual implements employee retention initiatives and engagement strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness while partnering closely with HR Centers of CoE, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations, to deliver aligned people strategies and solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be viewed as a trusted partner who is responsive, consultative, and collaborative in driving win-win solutions while balancing business objectives with employee experience.
