Under the direction of the Senior HR Manager, the Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering the employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. This position supports employees and managers at multiple locations in the US. This fast-paced role has no two days alike, and the combination of answering inquiries and processing transactions can change with the department's needs. This role can immediately shift focus and prioritize multiple work requests while remaining positive and upbeat. The position is part of a knowledgeable, flexible, and enjoyable HR team that works closely together on all aspects of HR, with a primary focus on benefits. This is a non-supervisory position.
