We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator with extensive experience managing employee benefits across multiple states, including but not limited to California and New York. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in benefits administration and compliance, including deep working knowledge of federal and state regulations such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and applicable leave laws. This role requires the ability to manage the full lifecycle of benefits administration, including enrollment, compliance tracking, audits, reporting, and employee support.
