About The Position

The HR Associate - Recruiter position is responsible for facilitating an effective recruiting process for MHR.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and/or four years of related experience or a combination of equivalent experience and training.

Responsibilities

  • Job advertisement placement and posting.
  • Conduct phone interviews, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a broad variety of recruitment sources, including sources for minority candidates.
  • Recommend and attend job fairs.
  • Complete criminal background checks and employment verifications for job applicants.
  • Track all applicant data in applicant tracking database; maintain files of applicant resumes.
  • Enter new hire information in the Human Resources System database.
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activities.
  • Monitor effectiveness of recruiting and hiring processes and recommend changes when needed.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding employee performance review due dates.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.
