The HR Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and HR operations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate, compliant employee records. This role partners with hiring managers, keeps the hiring pipeline moving, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office suite and experience with an HRIS system, preferably Paycom.
  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, the importance of integrity and confidentiality when handling human resource files and records.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate background checks
  • Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records
  • Process onboarding documents (including I-9s)
  • Maintain employee records and support audits
  • Respond to employee HR questions and support training & events
