We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. Job Summary: Provides comprehensive human resources and administrative support for the stations, collaborating closely with both management and employees. Partners with operations and human resources teams to ensure the effective coordination, execution, and completion of all administrative processes and HR-related activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Human Resources basic knowledge
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Maintain a good relationship with both management and clients.
  • Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handling employee and management requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage Time & Attendance in ADP and ensure the daily revision and approvals are documented in ADP.
  • Schedule meetings and training for the employees and management.
  • Keep up to date attendance records and disciplinary records and upload proper documentation in to the HRIS system.
  • Assist with any time clock issues and troubleshoot needed locally. Register new employees in Time Clock.
  • Prepare, submit and keep control of the badge’s application for new hires and renewals. Including fingerprints appointments. Badge copies must be uploaded in the employee profile in ADP.
  • Prepares CBP quarterly report.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean office & organization and making sure the management team complies with this requirement.
  • Enforce all company policies.
  • Promote company benefits and assist in collecting health insurance waivers, if needed.
  • Assist with schedule changes in the system when is needed and provide time off request (if manual process is needed) to management for approval.
  • Handle the parking request and changes.
  • Collect and keep a log control for service receipts. Report on services to Managing Director.
