About The Position

Turabify Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Exposure to recruiting, hiring systems, and business operations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support benefits administration and assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination letters.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and training sessions.
  • Assist with HR compliance and record keeping.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
