About The Position

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on maintaining accurate records, supporting daily HR functions, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (HR experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-through and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • HR experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and organize employee files (both electronic and paper)
  • Accurately file, scan, and archive HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and process routine HR documents.
  • Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events
  • Help gather employee feedback through surveys or engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
